Welcome to PulseMotionHub. By accessing or using our website at pulsemotionhub.com and our AI video generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use PulseMotionHub.

2. Description of Service

PulseMotionHub provides an AI-powered image-to-video generation service. Users upload images, provide motion prompts, and our platform generates short video clips using third-party AI models. We operate on a credit-based system where credits are purchased and consumed per generation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Not use automated methods to create accounts or generate credits

4. Credits and Payments

PulseMotionHub operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through our platform and consumed when generating videos.

• New accounts receive 3 complimentary credits upon registration
• One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed
• Monthly subscription credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
• If a generation fails due to a server or AI provider error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account

All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. PulseMotionHub does not store your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

Credits that have not been consumed may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits consumed in successful video generations are non-refundable. Failed generations due to technical errors are automatically refunded. To request a refund, contact us at support@pulsemotionhub.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PulseMotionHub to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
• Depicts real people without their consent in a defamatory or misleading way
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Violates the content policies of our underlying AI providers (including fal.ai and Kling)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You also own the videos generated from your prompts, subject to the content policies of our AI providers. PulseMotionHub grants you a non-exclusive license to use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, provided your prompts and content comply with these Terms.

PulseMotionHub retains all rights to its platform, branding, software, and technology.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PulseMotionHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation quality, or that outputs will meet your requirements. AI-generated content may be unpredictable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseMotionHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Privacy

Your use of PulseMotionHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
