PulseMotionHub is an AI-powered creative studio that provides tools for generating videos and images using artificial intelligence. PulseMotionHub is operated by PrintWitty and is available at www.pulsemotionhub.com. PulseMotionHub offers services including Image to Video, Text to Video, Text to Image, Image to Image transformation, Premium Video generation, Lipsync Studio, Talking Avatar, and Video Upscaling.
To use PulseMotionHub, you must be at least 18 years old. By using PulseMotionHub, you represent that you meet this age requirement. PulseMotionHub is not intended for users under 18, and PulseMotionHub accounts may be terminated if we determine a user is under the minimum age.
To access PulseMotionHub's generation features, you must create a PulseMotionHub account using a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for:

Access to PulseMotionHub's AI generation features requires credits. Credits are deducted from your PulseMotionHub account each time you complete a generation.

Content you generate using PulseMotionHub is yours. PulseMotionHub does not claim ownership over the videos or images you create using the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and uploaded content comply with applicable intellectual property laws and third-party rights.
PulseMotionHub may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the platform but will not publicly display your specific generated content without your permission.
You may use content generated through PulseMotionHub for commercial purposes, including in advertising, marketing, social media content, and promotional materials, subject to the terms and content policies of the underlying AI model providers used by PulseMotionHub. PulseMotionHub makes no warranty that AI-generated content is free from claims by third parties.
PulseMotionHub provides an optional feature that allows you to post your generated content directly to social media platforms including Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram. By using PulseMotionHub's social posting feature, you:
PulseMotionHub's use of the Twitter/X API is subject to Twitter's Developer Agreement and Policy. PulseMotionHub uses the Twitter/X API only to post content on behalf of users who have explicitly authorized this action. PulseMotionHub does not use the Twitter/X API to collect, store, or analyze Twitter user data beyond what is strictly necessary to complete a requested post.
PulseMotionHub uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. By purchasing credits or a subscription on PulseMotionHub, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
The PulseMotionHub name, logo, website design, and all proprietary software and technology are the intellectual property of PulseMotionHub and its operators. You may not reproduce, copy, or use the PulseMotionHub brand, name, or assets without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to PulseMotionHub's underlying technology, trademarks, or source code.
PulseMotionHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PulseMotionHub does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseMotionHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PulseMotionHub, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from AI-generated content. PulseMotionHub's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to PulseMotionHub in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PulseMotionHub, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of PulseMotionHub, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights or platform terms of service.
PulseMotionHub may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if PulseMotionHub determines your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to PulseMotionHub will cease and any unused credits may be forfeited. You may also terminate your PulseMotionHub account at any time by contacting support@pulsemotionhub.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of PulseMotionHub shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
PulseMotionHub may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When PulseMotionHub makes material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the PulseMotionHub website with a new effective date. Your continued use of PulseMotionHub after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
