PulseMotionHub is an AI-powered creative studio that allows users to generate videos and images using artificial intelligence models. PulseMotionHub operates the website located at www.pulsemotionhub.com and provides services including Image to Video, Text to Video, Text to Image, Lipsync Studio, Talking Avatar, Video Upscaling, and related AI generation tools.

2. Information We Collect

PulseMotionHub collects the following types of information when you use our platform:

• Account information — your email address and display name when you create a PulseMotionHub account via email or Google Sign-In
• Usage data — credits used, generations completed, and timestamps of activity on PulseMotionHub
• Content you upload — images, audio files, and video files you upload to PulseMotionHub for generation, along with the text prompts you provide
• Payment information — transaction IDs and payment status for PulseMotionHub credit purchases. We do not store your card details — all payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal
• Social media tokens — if you connect social media accounts to PulseMotionHub, we store the access tokens required to post on your behalf
• Technical data — browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically when you visit PulseMotionHub

3. How PulseMotionHub Uses Your Information

PulseMotionHub uses the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your PulseMotionHub account
• Process payments and manage your PulseMotionHub credit balance
• Send verification codes to confirm your email address during PulseMotionHub account creation
• Generate videos and images using your uploaded content and prompts via the PulseMotionHub platform
• Post content to social media platforms on your behalf when you use PulseMotionHub's social posting feature
• Send transactional emails about your PulseMotionHub account, including credit alerts and receipts

• Improve the PulseMotionHub platform and diagnose technical issues
• Prevent fraud and abuse of the PulseMotionHub free credit system

4. How PulseMotionHub Shares Your Information

PulseMotionHub does not sell your personal information to third parties. PulseMotionHub shares information only in the following circumstances:

• AI generation providers — images, audio, video, and prompts are transmitted to fal.ai to power PulseMotionHub's AI generation features. fal.ai's own privacy policy governs their handling of this data
• Payment processors — Stripe and PayPal process payments for PulseMotionHub credits. We share only the information necessary to complete your transaction
• Email service — PulseMotionHub uses Resend to deliver verification and transactional emails
• Social media platforms — when you use PulseMotionHub's social posting feature, your content and caption are sent to the platforms you select (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram)
• Legal requirements — PulseMotionHub may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PulseMotionHub users

5. Data Storage and Security

PulseMotionHub stores your account data securely in Google Firebase (Firestore). PulseMotionHub uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, secure Firebase authentication tokens, and access controls to protect your information.

Videos and images generated through PulseMotionHub are hosted temporarily on fal.ai's servers and may expire after a period of time. PulseMotionHub recommends downloading your generated content promptly after creation.

6. Cookies and Tracking

PulseMotionHub uses cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management via Firebase Auth. PulseMotionHub does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. PulseMotionHub may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the PulseMotionHub platform in aggregate.

7. Your Rights

As a PulseMotionHub user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information PulseMotionHub holds about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information in your PulseMotionHub account
• Request deletion of your PulseMotionHub account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications from PulseMotionHub
• Withdraw consent to data processing where PulseMotionHub relies on consent as the legal basis

8. Data Retention

• fal.ai — AI video and image generation powering PulseMotionHub's creative tools
• Stripe — payment processing for PulseMotionHub credit purchases
• PayPal — alternative payment processing for PulseMotionHub
• Resend — transactional email delivery for PulseMotionHub
• Render — cloud infrastructure hosting PulseMotionHub
• Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram — social media platforms used when you activate PulseMotionHub's social posting feature

11. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like PulseMotionHub to delete all personal data associated with your account, you can request deletion by emailing support@pulsemotionhub.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". PulseMotionHub will process your request within 30 days.

PulseMotionHub also provides a data deletion callback endpoint at pulsemotionhub.com/api/data-deletion as required by Meta platform policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

PulseMotionHub may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When PulseMotionHub makes significant changes, we will post a notice on the PulseMotionHub website. Your continued use of PulseMotionHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
