AI Director: One Prompt In, One Finished Video Out
AI Director is PulseMotionHub's newest tool: type one prompt, pick a length from 30 seconds to 15 minutes, and get back a single, fully assembled, narrated video — planned, generated, voiced, and edited together automatically. No storyboarding, no separate narration recording, no manual timeline editing. This is how it works, what it costs, and how it stacks up against Higgsfield's version of the same idea.
What is AI Director?
Every other tool on PulseMotionHub generates one piece at a time — one clip, one image, one lipsync pass. AI Director is different: it's a full pipeline that takes a single prompt describing what you want and turns it into a finished, multi-scene video with narration, all in one job. You describe the video, choose how long it should be, and AI Director handles everything in between.
How It Works
Planning
AI Director breaks your prompt into a sequence of scenes — each one roughly 5 seconds long — building out a shot-by-shot plan for the whole video before generating anything.
Per-scene generation
For every scene, AI Director generates a starting image, a matching narration line, and a short video clip from that image — all in parallel across multiple scenes at once to keep total generation time reasonable even for longer videos.
Assembly
Once every scene is ready, AI Director stitches the clips and narration together into one continuous video file, automatically padding narration that runs slightly longer than its clip so audio and video never fall out of sync.
Delivery
The finished video lands in your library. AI Director jobs run in the background, so you can start one and keep working elsewhere on PulseMotionHub while it renders — you'll see live progress as scenes complete.
Choose Your Length: 30 Seconds to 15 Minutes
Unlike most one-prompt video tools that cap out around a minute or two, AI Director lets you pick the exact length your project needs:
| Length | Scenes | Approx. Credits | Approx. Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30 seconds | 6 | 21 | $8.19 |
| 1 minute | 12 | 39 | $15.21 |
| 2 minutes | 24 | 75 | $29.25 |
| 5 minutes | 60 | 183 | $71.37 |
| 10 minutes | 120 | 363 | $141.57 |
| 15 minutes | 180 | 543 | $211.77 |
Longer videos naturally cost more since they involve more scenes, but the per-credit rate stays flat across every tier — there's no premium for going long.
How to Pay for a Video
AI Director is included with the Studio plan ($197/mo, 500 credits a month). You don't need a big pre-paid pack to make a long video. Studio members have three ways to cover the cost:
- Use existing plan or top-up credits — if you already have enough credits on your account, AI Director just spends them like any other tool.
- Pay-per-use — if you're short on credits, you can pay the exact dollar price of the tier you picked (shown in the table above) via Stripe or PayPal, as a one-off charge for that video.
- Director Pack — if you're planning to make several long videos, a 600-credit Director Pack is available at a bulk discount versus paying pay-per-use rates each time.
Not on Studio yet? Every other tool works on Starter, Pro, or pay-per-use credits, and you can upgrade to Studio from the pricing page whenever you're ready to make long-form videos.
What Happens If a Scene Fails?
Generating dozens or even hundreds of scenes in one job means the occasional individual scene can fail. AI Director is built to handle that gracefully instead of ruining the whole video: each scene automatically retries up to three times, and generation for the rest of the video continues in parallel regardless. If a handful of scenes still can't be generated after retries, you get a finished video minus those scenes and a proportional refund for the ones that didn't make it in. If too many scenes fail, you're refunded in full instead of receiving a broken result.
AI Director vs. Higgsfield
Higgsfield popularized the one-prompt-to-finished-video idea, and it's a fair comparison point. Here's how the two stack up on a 2-minute video:
| PulseMotionHub AI Director | Higgsfield | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost for a 2-min video | ~$29.25 | ~$60 in credits |
| Duration options | Transparent tiers, 30 seconds – 15 minutes | Also supports multi-minute output; exact tiers vary by mode |
| How you get it | Studio plan, with pay-per-video top-ups when you're short | Subscription-oriented |
| Partial-failure handling | Per-scene retries + partial refund | Not published |
Roughly half the price for the same 2-minute output — and every duration tier's exact price is published up front, so there's never a surprise about what a longer video will cost before you generate it.
Getting Started
AI Director lives in its own tab alongside PulseMotionHub's other 12 tools — image generation, standard and premium video, lipsync, talking avatars, background/object removal, upscaling, photo restoration, and AI music. Write a prompt describing your video, pick a duration tier, and generate. If you don't have enough credits for the tier you picked, you'll see the payment options — pay-per-use, PayPal, or the standard top-up — right there, no need to leave the page.
